Will is a talent acquisition leader with nearly 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry. A former in house talent acquisition leader, Will led technical recruiting at Peloton for 6 years, from the early startup years as one of the first 150 employees through IPO. At Peloton, Will successfully hired over 1,500 employees into the company for their software engineering, hardware, product, design, and enterprise technology departments globally. Will’s recruiting experience also includes leading 3 sourcing teams at Meta that focused on recruiting senior AI and ML software engineers for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Reality Labs. Will also worked internally at Birchbox where he led technical recruiting for the pioneer in discovery e-commerce. Earlier in his career, Will spent more than 5 years in staffing and supported scaling market leaders such as CAA, Fanatics, Tesla, and SpaceX, in addition to many more startups and publicly listed companies.
Will has led recruiting orgs of up to 40 employees and saw the need first hand for a more capable, tech enabled, and experienced embedded recruiting partner. Will decided to start Blaze Talent in 2022 to create the recruiting company he would have loved to have partnered with when he was an internal talent acquisition leader, and to focus his time on working with companies whose mission he believes in.

Will is a native New Yorker and spends a lot of time in Manhattan with clients. He currently lives in a coastal town called Atlantic Highlands, NJ, with his wife, son, daughter and Aussie-Doodle. His favorite pizza in NYC is from Deninos in Greenwich Village, and can share more fun facts in a discovery call, or in real life at Variety Coffee.
